2. Help overcome your fears and doubts about exercise.

Most trainers focus on just the body. You will find our time together different. I take a holistic approach to training, considering your physical needs as an athlete and mental needs as a college student.
Most of my time is spent training groups of student-athletes, so training sessions for individuals are very limited. That said, I will always be available for consultations.
